Want to do it yourself or be your own GC with a little help? From the wall standup, log or timber component installation, *loft system installation, roof system installation and then project managing the interior materials, subcontractors, or the interior finishing, it’s your show. Our seasoned team is available to help guide and answer questions to both you and the general contractor of your choice.
Turnkey Option (available in certain locations)
A complete build solution, with innovative construction techniques from value engineering, all the benefits of off-site construction precision, sustainability and labor savings, as well as build site assembly and construction management throughout your entire build. Authorized Dealers located in multiple areas throughout the Western U.S. and Canada will connect the dots from delivery of your build site engineered precision fabricated and built panelized wall system to your finished home that’s ready for you to “turn the key” and move-in.
Assemble Advisory Option
We can work with you to develop the design and all of the build details and then hand it over for you to work with one of our *advisors to get your home assembled and then turn it over to you to direct a local contractor to finish your home at your own speed and on your terms. Custom Designs
If you’re struggling to find a plan that fits your needs, don’t worry! We offer a Professional Service Agreement. With this agreement, we can take your design concept and provide you with an estimated cost range. If you want an exact estimate, we can design a custom home package to bring your vision to life.
We tailor design and engineer your chosen plan to fit perfectly with your build site.
We ensure it meets IRC 2018 structural requirements, including seismic, wind shear, snow load considerations, and can also incorporate local or subdivision building code requirements that are provided to us during the design phase-and can be easily obtained from your local building department or finish builder. If you prefer a fully custom design, we collaborate closely with you to create a unique home design and align all aspects to fit within our sustainable building system.
Our process involves precise modeling of every aspect of your package using HSB-CAD a 30+ year best in class software made specifically for off-site construction after we’ve received the structurally engineered plans back from the 3rd party engineers that we work with. We call this process doing “shops” this enables us to find design areas that could be problematic or add to the difficulty of assembly prior to fabricating the wall systems and components which is an additional benefit of the off-site construction process compared to traditional on-site stick by stick building.
